Shipping is a huge blessing, but it can be a tad confusing! There are a lot of variables to consider when trying to figure out when your package will arrive. If you are wondering what to look at going forward, consider these tip and remember to plan ahead this holiday season.
On these days, USPS & UPS will not be available for the pickup, drop off or delivery services.

We will not be shipping any perishable orders received after 10am CST Tuesday, Nov 17th. If items to needed for Thanksgiving, orders will need to be placed no later than 10am CST, Nov. 17, 2020.
We will resume shipping on Nov. 30, 2020.
We will be closed the week of Christmas and will therefore not be processing or shipping any perishable packages for 3 day transit orders placed after 10am CST Monday Dec. 21 - Monday Jan 4, 2021. For 2 day transit orders, we will not be processing or shipping any perishable packages after 10 am CST Monday Dec. 21 - Dec. 28.
We will resume regular shipping for all orders Monday Jan 4, 2021.
We will not be processing or shipping any perishable packages from Thursday Dec. 31, 2020 - Friday Jan. 1, 2021.
Shipping will resume on Jan. 4, 202. (UPS does not move/deliver any packages on Sunday which would add an extra day to the transit time, so we hold all UPS orders that would go out Thursday-Saturday. We aim to limit transit time as much as possible so that customers have more time to enjoy their food!)

I have followed all of these rules and even contacted ups myself but have lost 2packages. Do you have any other ideas. Thank you
