Need an easy meal that requires little to no prep and is ready in less than 30 minutes? This one is a crowd pleaser for even the most persnickety eaters!
4-ingredient Shopping List:
6 Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 jar Liberated Pizza-Pasta Sauce
8oz. Fresh Mozzarella (can substitute gouda for SCD)
12 Fresh Basil Leaves
Preheat oven to 375°F
Assemble chicken thighs on baking stone and layer sauce and cheese. Bake in the center of oven uncovered for 20 minutes. For finishing, move tray to top rack and brown under broiler for 5-7 minutes. Keep a watchful eye here, you've come this far and don't want all your work to get scorched now!
Remove from oven and place two fresh basil leaves on top of each thigh.
Serve with favorite side--Buon appetito!
