Chicken Parmesan Recipe

What You'll Need:
1 1/2 cups Liberated Zesty Panko
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
2 large Eggs
4 to 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts 
1 jar Liberated Pizza-Pasta Sauce
6 to 8 slices Provolone Cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (grated is what I had and it works too!)

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Stir together Zesty Panko, Garlic Powder, Oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl to combine. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour and the other 1/2 teaspoon of salt. In a third bowl, crack 2 eggs and whisk.

Step 3: Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture. Next, the eggs. Then, the Zesty Panko mixture. Make sure both sides of the chicken are coated thoroughly.

Step 4: Place chicken on a greased sheet pan. (Tip: You can mist the chicken with cooking spray to help the breading stay put.)

Step 5: Bake the chicken until the panko has browned and the chicken is almost completely cooked, about 15 minutes.

Step 6: Remove pan from the oven. Pour about 1/4 cup of Pizza-Pasta Sauce on each piece of chicken. Top chicken with a slice of Provolone and the Parmesan.

Step 7: Return to oven and bake about 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
