Ham, Egg, and Cheese Casserole Recipe

Unfortunately we will no longer be making this product, but we are so happy to share the recipe with y'all! It has been a much loved item in the bakery and we hope it is just as loved at home. Enjoy and spread the love through breakfast casserole!
  • 17.6 oz. Coconut Bread, cubed
  • 12 oz. Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded (Halved)
  • 2-3 slices Provolone Cheese, torn 
  • 5 Eggs
  • 12 oz. Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 3 slices Prosciutto (or Bacon)
  • 1/2 tsp Smokey Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Smokey Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Grease casserole dish with coconut oil
  3. Place bread cubes in dish
  4. Top with half of cheese and prosciutto
  5. Whisk Eggs, Milk and salt and pepper
  6. Pour egg mixture over bread, cheese an meat
  7. Using a spatula, slightly press layers down to moisten
  8. Top with remaining half of cheese 
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  10. Remove when it's nicely browned, set and internal temperature reads 160
