Stuck at home and want a creative activity that keeps the family fed and entertained? This recipe re-purposes leftovers and easy as pie to create!
Here's what you need:
This dinner for one can easily be made to suit your family size. A long skillet can happily fit three 6-inch pizzas. The following recipe is for one 8" pizza.
Directions:
Once color is achieved, move frying pan to preheated 425°F oven to finish baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven when it's golden brown. Top with fresh sliced tomatoes and green onions. For an added treat, add a dollop of dripped SCD yogurt!
