TRACKING MY ORDER:
Customers will receive an email notification once the shipping label has been purchased (be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders, if you do not see an email from Liberated® Specialty Foods; email@example.com).
To track your shipment, open the email with the subject “A shipment from order LSF-(order number)-SHOP is on the way” and click the “Track my Shipment” button.
The Liberated Specialty Foods website will show your order information including the tracking number. Click on the tracking number to see the detailed tracking information on the UPS or USPS website.
FOR AREAS SERVICED AND SHIPPED BY UNITED POSTAL SERVICE (UPS)
This is for areas that are serviced by United Postal Service (UPS).
Orders that are located in YELLOW and BROWN will be shipped UPS and arrive within 1-2 days time.
- YELLOW = 1 day transit time;
- BROWN = 2-day transit time.
Orders shipped to areas located in YELLOW will ship Monday-Thursday*.
Orders in BROWN will ship Monday-Wednesday*.
FOR AREAS SERVICED AND SHIPPED BY UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
Orders that are shipped to areas outside UPS 1-2 day delivery will default to USPS and be shipped Monday-Thursday and Saturdays*. Please note that orders can be delivered on Saturday when shipped via USPS.
